Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, voiceover/audio files should not be used anywhere internally, in private groups or public platforms, digital or television, radio and other broadcast resources.

A refund can be requested with a valid reason and proof from a source/client/customer.

We will refund the payment within seven business days after approval.

Refunds are not eligible if :

  • Once approved by you, Voice Over will not be eligible for the refunds.
  • Refunds of the payments are only applicable if you/your client is sent consent by email that the issuable voiceover/audio file will not be used anywhere internally or commercially or for testing purposes.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

If the voice talent is agreed to return partial payments.

A refund request will not be entertained after 30 days from the delivery of the audio files.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace voice talents if their audio quality is extremely poor or artist is not available by any reason. Broadcast source rejected a audio file because of technical glitch. If you need to exchange a voice talent send us an email at
